I've been going to Yoga and Pilates classes with MIC Health & Fitness for over a year now and I absolutely love it.
The Dojo is a warm and welcoming space which is perfect for these classes.
The staff and instructors are so helpful and allow everyone to work at their own pace so it's ideal for all levels.
Apart from the obvious health benefits, it's just the perfect 'me time' too. I would highly recommend a visit, you won't regret it.
