Founded in 2019, Muscle Injury Clinic wanted to create a referral source for their patients. MIC Health and Fitness was born to help increase flexibility, improve core stability and to continue injury rehabilitation. We believe that one of the foundations of a happy and free life is pain free movement.
We therefore opened ‘The Dojo’ in Motherwell to offer our range of Yoga and Pilates classes to a wider demographic than typical Yoga & Pilates studios. So all of our classes are inclusive, friendly and supportive; we want everyone to feel welcome and comfortable trying or advancing these fantastic forms of exercise.

Yoga
Our fantastic Yoga classes are taken by our teachers Audrey, Elaine, and Kelly-Anne, and are perfect for improving flexibility, calming the mind and advancing your skills towards being an expert yogi!
Pilates
Pilates offers plenty of benefits to your body, no matter your fitness background. You’ll improve your posture, focus on bodily alignment, and get one heck of a core workout.

Our fantastic classes are taken by our expert teachers and designed for all levels. Visitors and members
can come along for £7 on a pay-as-you-go basis, or take advantage of our £60 10 block booking cards.
